Description
We are proud to be working with Hurst Contracts to deliver the fire sprinkler system for Sale Point, a new residential development by Blueoak Estates. Situated just a short walk from Sale’s Metrolink station, the scheme offers modern apartments with excellent access to Manchester City Centre.
Our package includes the full design and installation of a BS 9251 Category 2 residential sprinkler system, covering all apartments within the development. The system is fed from the building’s boosted cold water supply, removing the need for dedicated tanks or pumps while meeting all relevant life safety requirements.
All pipework is being installed using Blazemaster CPVC, a durable and lightweight material specifically approved for fire sprinkler use. Its quick installation time and clean finish make it ideally suited to fast-paced residential projects like Sale Point.
Working closely with the Hurst Contracts team, we have coordinated our design to ensure seamless integration with internal layouts and other building services. The result is a discreet but highly effective fire protection system that complements the high-spec finish Blueoak Estates is known for.
