The project aims to provide 40 high-quality homes for individuals experiencing homelessness, offering them a supportive environment to rebuild their lives and gain independence.
The development includes residential units, a village hall, outdoor green spaces, mini allotments, and a multi-use sports area.
The unique nature of the site presented several challenges:
